Kállay Saunders Releases Alternative R&B Single "Lost at Sea"

Kállay Saunders released "Lost at Sea," an alternative R&B single and the latest preview of his forthcoming album another night, on December 12, 2025. Built on melancholic vocals, atmospheric electric guitar and a driving Jersey bounce rhythm, the song arrived with an official lyric video on YouTube. GROOVE Media, Kállay Saunders' exclusive manager and content partner, led the release.

About the Song

"Lost at Sea" moves Kállay's sound into darker, moodier territory than his recent singles. Soaring, melancholic vocal lines sit over atmospheric guitar riffs, while the Jersey bounce pattern underneath keeps the track moving. The mix of genres makes the song both emotionally raw and rhythmic. As on "Wild Horses" and "YOU," Kállay wrote the song with anatu, his most frequent co-writer in recent years.

Kállay describes the song as being "about that feeling of being completely adrift, whether from a person or from yourself," while still holding on to the hope of a guiding light. "It's a vulnerable record, and musically, it's a statement," he said.

Following "YOU"

The single follows "YOU," the soul, country and blues single written in Athens, which Kállay said was already in rotation in Greece within weeks of its October 2025 release. "Lost at Sea" continues the story of another night, an album shaped by heartbreak, struggle and recovery. Kállay has framed the track as a case for real, human musicianship and genuine live performance over anything artificial, a message he carries into his shows across Europe. A week after "Lost at Sea," on December 19, 2025, he also released a remix of "YOU" featuring T-Wayne, closing out a busy release year.
